Circus, in Latin, is the circle: the perfect shape, with no corners and no interruptions. We chose that name because it describes exactly how we work: a seamless journey from the first phone call to the last drink of the night, with no gaps and no approximations.
Every open bar we create follows the same full circle: choosing the bottles, a tailor-made drink list, setting up the counter, service throughout the event. We don't delegate the parts that matter. We are there ourselves, from start to finish.
